Provocation Discography - through needles discs are individually pressurized to determine if they are the source of pain.

Intra-discal Electro Thermal Annuloplasty (IDET or IEA) - a minimally invasive surgical procedure that heats the disc to decrease leg and back pain and improve function.

Disc Biacuplasty - a newer disc heating procedure that may more reliably relieve disc pain in the low back.

Percutaneous Disk Decompression - a minimally invasive surgical procedure removing disc material to decrease sciatica and back pain. This is performed for patients with small contained disc herniations.
