From Interstate 5 take Exit 132 State Route 16 West toward Bremerton.
Pass under the 19th street overpass to take Exit 2B N Orchard/S 19th St WEST.
Continue to loop to your right by turning right at the exit light on Orchard, tehn right again at the light on 19th street. You will pass over highway 16 on 19th street.
Head West to Mildred Street, about the third light. At this corner is Tacoma Community College with a bus area, Rite Aide and McDonalds.
Turn right.
On the left is a IHOP, turn left here into James Center.
Ours is the two story building pale green an beige. We are on the first floor.
If you are coming from Gig Harbor, take Exit 4, Jackson Ave and turn right. At 12th turn left. At Mildred turn right.
